the ironing facilities in the room were convenient, allowing us to quickly freshen up our outfits. we experienced issues with the heating and air conditioning system. It seemed like the temperature control was not working properly, making the room too hot at times. the room did have tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix. the terrace offered a nice spot to relax, but we found the lack of garden furniture to be a downside as it limited our comfort while enjoying the outdoor space. While the room did feature an AM/FM alarm clock, we were disappointed by the lack of HBO availability on the TV. The dry cleaning and housekeeping services were efficient, but we found the absence of on-site shops or commercial services to be inconvenient. the laundry facilities were helpful, especially during a longer stay. the valet parking service left much to be desired. We had issues with the handling of our vehicle, and the staff did not provide adequate security measures for parked cars. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciated the welcome drink offered upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff.

The staff and location were just pleasant. Thanks to the courteous and great staff everything was wonderful. Units with a bathtub. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were provided if needed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and exceptional - at a short distance from French Quarter. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The drain in the shower did not work, The toilet seat was broken. Both of these were fixed the second day of my visit. Although the entry way light was turned off, the light continuously flicker. Room 815.

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk from the iconic French Quarter, Jackson Square, and the lively Riverwalk Shopping Center, all of which were less than a 15-minute stroll away, making it easy to soak in the bustling atmosphere of the city; however, the initial parking situation could be improved since I had to park about two blocks away at night.

The staff was accommodating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. I've had new-fashioned and tidy room with chocolate and a perfect view, for instance.

The hotel's location is perfect, just steps from the French Quarter and a mall. parking is a nightmare; valet costs $45 a night. Staff were hit or miss—some friendly, but others seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. The breakfast price of $12 was unexpected. The room had a loud A/C that felt unsettling. At one point, a staff member unlocked my door without knocking, which was concerning. Enjoyable surroundings but inadequate service and safety issues left a lot to be desired. Amenities need attention for a solid experience.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long journey. the air conditioning unit was poorly maintained, dripping onto the floor and creating a mess. The curtains wouldn’t open fully, limiting natural light. The room appeared neglected, with water stains on the ceiling tiles adding to the overall unkempt feel. Noise levels were decent, but the lack of basic amenities like complimentary coffee was disappointing. a faulty door lock delayed us significantly. while the location was great, the room's condition left much to be desired.

I loved starting my day with a delicious buffet and late check-out. The meeting spaces had great views. The free Wi-Fi at the coffee spot was a lifesaver.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen, one of whom ran a block down the street just to find us a taxi. The chocolate chip cookies. The room was nice, the beds very comfortable. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

The room I booked was fairly quiet with double queen beds. Unbeatable location next to the shops, restaurants, river, and market, and the river, the French Quarter, the Warehouse district, shopping and casino, I felt safe.
